The First AMA on Surf: Inside the NFL Draft with MMQB
There’s something electric about the days leading up to the NFL Draft. Heading into the weekend, things were relatively quiet, and then out of nowhere, the Giants traded their Pro Bowl DT Dexter Lawrence to the Bengals and secured the #10 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Giants now have the #5 and #10 picks on Thursday, and the rumor mill has kicked back into high gear as fans need to know how this blockbuster trade impacts their team’s strategy. This year, that energy has a new home and a new format.
For the first time, Surf is hosting a live AMA, and it’s kicking off with one of the most respected voices in football media: Sports Illustrated’s The MMQB.

- Gilberto Manzano is a staff writer covering the NFL for Sports Illustrated. He got his start as a breaking news writer at NFL.com in 2014 and is a member of the Pro Football Writers of America.
